Planning and purchasing airline tickets
So it is all coming togethor. It helps that there is a Tropical Low (not yet a cyclone but rapidly looking like it will develop into one) here in Dampier. I am staying dry inside and spending money on airline tickets and other travel. I have made the following bookings so far: Round the World ticket, trip to Dominican Republic, New Zealand and Australia. Still need to finalise:
And the internal US trips... Boston, San Diego, LA, Chicago, Texas.
And the trip from Karratha to Sydney via Perth (late February)
And the trip around Vietnam
And plan what I am going to do in Europe.
Hopefully the company will not change its mind about my redundancy (lay off).
Not everything needs to be done right now. Part of the intent of these travels is to see where things take me. So I will probably only make the round the world booking and the one on the company (Karratha to Sydney). Will see where things take me. Now to looking over my redundancy package and making sure I have not already over spent.
